The first stage of a very strange evolutionary line. This seems to be a ruined version of Hoenn's Beldum, known as one of the very rare Delta Species Pokémon that are not found normally. They seem to originate in the Torren Region, where an incident with these Delta Pokémon took place not too long ago.

Just like regular Beldum, the only move Delta Beldum knows is Take Down.  However, Delta Beldum's Hidden Ability, Rock Head, makes it so that Take Down doesn't hurt Delta Beldum at all, meaning it can use the move without fear of hurting itself.
